Growth requires professionalism! De Arbodienst started out small and has grown to into a strong organization. Because of the substantial growth that De Arbodienst has gone through in the last couple of years a professional customer relationship solution has become a necessity. Due to these organizational changes the department Marketing & Sales need for a more structured way to deal with customer information and sales cycles started to grow. Thanks to the extra capacity in this department in 2009 it became possible to give this project optimal attention and to implement form the basis with @work. We know work with a central system in which all relationship information are recorded and we have the tools available to us to support and guard our processes. What a step forward! |
