Objectives is a joint initative of distibutors Actebis, Bell Micro, Copaco, Ingram Micro, Quote Components, Tech Data and Microsoft, aimed towards(pre-)sales managers with cusotmers in mid-sized business. Objectives was organized for the third year running this year and the Objectives Awards were handed out for the first time to an audience of 400 resellers, in the six categories one winner was selected per category.

Best, April 8th 2010 Microsoft Dynamics CRM users found to be more satisified than Salesforce.com users
In 2009, Crimson Consulting undertook survey of users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com.
GOAL: To identify the tasks most important to them, as a guide to the functionality desired in a CRM solution, and to assess their satisfaction with how well their CRM solution supports them in accomplishing these.
RESULTS: Survey responses revealed many directional differences in satisfaction. For nearly every one of the top 15 tasks, for both sales and customer service users, Microsoft Dynamics CRM users are more satisfied than Salesforce.com users.

2010 is an important milestone for @work. In June of this year we will be celebrating our 12,5 years of existence! Because of this we think it is time to take a look back to see how @work has grown from a small family company to a great team of successful, experienced professionals. The most important factor in the secret to our success is mirrored in our motto: “Right @the center of your business”.
For years this has embodied who we are and that our team recognizes that CRM is not about automation, but about the improvement of business processes. We have been able to focus on organizations with simple and complex business processes since the beginning, mainly thanks to our broad business knowledge and experience. Due to the fact that @work strives to meet the goals of our customers our customer base now exists out of 140 customers, with a variation of small driven organizations to large international organizations. Within this customer base there are more than 25 organizations that have more than 100 users using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This translates into the fact that @work has the largest customer base of all Microsoft Dynamics partners in the Benelux.
