The implementation methodology Sure Step is advocated by Microsoft and @work for all implementations of Microsoft software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. @work approaches each implementation with the greatest attention to detail from beginning to end. We value structure. We have developed our own approach within the Microsoft Sure Step Implementation Methodology – which we have named the Crawl Walk Run-approach.

Crawl: You define simple pain points that make your organization more efficient and get them implemented on the short term.

Walk: You are familiar with the basics. You will now expand your functionality to improve additional business processes.

Run: In this phase you focus on fine tuning, new business challenges and business intelligence.

Designed to enable you to better serve your customers by helping reduce their Microsoft Dynamics total cost of ownership, the Sure Step Methodology can be used for projects encompassing large, medium, and small end-to-end engagements. The methodology provides different project types to suit your implementation engagement, as well as optional offerings to assist you during Diagnostic and Optimization. Flowchart diagrams within the Sure Step Methodology point you to tools and templates that can be used at different phases, while the content provides detailed guidance on roles required to perform activities and proven best practices.
