An unlimited number of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online users from different organizations can take part in these trainings. Attendees pay € 100 per person per topic (excl. VAT). The sessions are split up in the below topics and are 4 hour sessions.

Train-the-trainer approach 

This approach gives Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online key-users and admin-users from one organization the tools to understand all standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality to be able to make the most out of their CRM application. These sessions are 2 to 4 sessions of 4 hours per session (depending on the user level). Our hourly rate for this online service is € 100 per organization per hour (excl. VAT) .

Implementation and Training on location

Our on-site implementation services are for customers who prefer face-to-face contact or organizations that want @work to do the majority of implementation work. We start with an Analysis of the requirements and follow our Sure Step and Crawl, Walk, Run approach. Our hourly rate for these services is € 125 per hour (excl. VAT) and travel time will be added.
