We keep you informed about the unlimited possibilities of CRM, so that your CRM implementation can continue to play an important role in the development of your business solution platform and your organization such as trainings and various forms of support. @work Management Associates BV has a dedicated helpdesk service for our customers. Support offered by @work is a specific extent of technical assistance including 1st, 2ndand 3rd level support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Dependent on the Service Level Requirements of the customer and normally at the end of the implementation process @work and the Customer agree on a support contract. The reasons to do so at this point include:
- Complete knowledge and understanding for the deployed solution.
- Better understanding of the customer’s knowledge of the solution and computing skills.
- Complete knowledge of the technical solution that has been implemented.
