CRM License types
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is avialble in various license types. Every organization is free in their deployment and licnese type: do you favor a one time payment, spead payment or monthly subscription? With the choice between the Onpremise, Online and Parter-Hosted deployments you can go in the direction which suits you best.
CRM is available from 1 user license to an unlimited number of users. All forms offer the same functionality with three main modules:
Included in these modules are of course: dashboards, workflows, sales processes, reporting and case resoultion amongst other functionality.
CRM makes it possible for inside and outside sales users, cusotmer care representatives or support desk users in and out of the country to have insight into the entire customer relationship. This improves the customer experience and confirms ROI (return on investment).
Licenses
To make use of CRM Onpremise organizations need a CRM Server licenses and user licenses. The user licenses are available as NAMED user CAL's (client access licenses) and DEVICE user CAL's. Additionally organizations have the choice between users with full functionality (CRM CAL) and users that only have read rights (Limited CAL).
To make use of CRM Online you pay a monthly subscription of 40.25 euro per user per month.
